TORRINGTON AREA HEALTH DISTRICT The Torrington Area Health District provides health services and information to twenty cities, towns and boroughs within the Northwest corner of Connecticut. Our goal is to promote and to protect the physical and environmental well-being of the citizens of the TAHD through direct services, wellness and promotion programs and community efforts. Payment methods accepted are cash, check, money order, or by our online payment system. To use our online payment system, please click the “PAYMENTS AND APPLICATIONS” button, select the appropriate department from the drop down menu and then select the appropriate facility type that correlates with the application being submitted. **PLEASE NOTE: Applications are NOT considered complete until we have the following items: Application, supporting documents (if applicable) & payment.
