COVID-19 Vaccination Scheduling Options

The state of Connecticut offers residents and workers several options for scheduling their COVID-19 vaccine appointment, please click the button below to view the current options:
Scheduling Information

VAMS Registration Information

➢Go to https://dphsubmissions.ct.gov/OnlineVaccine and fill out a form to register with the Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS). You will need to enter your full name, date of birth, zip code, occupation (including “retired”), and email address. The information you enter will only be used for purposes of scheduling your vaccination, and will be kept private.  Once registered, VAMS will email you to guide you through the appointment process for receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

➢ Those without internet access can call Connecticut’s COVID Vaccine Appointment Assistance Line at
877-918-2224 0r 7-1-1 for deaf and hard of hearing.
The phone system was created in partnership with the Department of Public Health and United Way of Connecticut and is specifically targeted to provide support for eligible vaccine recipients who have limited technology access, or who have language, disability, or other barriers that could prevent them from using existing self-scheduling options successfully. The line will take calls 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and offers a call-back option.

The COVID Vaccination Video for residents who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing has been posted In American Sign Language. It can be found linked to the ADS Covid Page (the video itself is hosted on YouTube, direct video link below):
